1. Introduction

Global Earning is a membership-based earning platform where users can earn commissions by referring new members and, starting next month, by completing various tasks such as surveys, sign-ups, video watching, game installs, and offerwall activities.

2. Membership Plans & Subscriptions

  • We offer three membership plans: ₹499, ₹999, and ₹1499.
  • Memberships grant access to our platform and the ability to earn referral commissions.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
  • Membership benefits include increased commission rates and exclusive earning opportunities.

3. Referral Program

  • Users can earn a 50% referral commission when they refer new members who purchase a membership plan.
  • Commissions are only valid for verified and legitimate referrals.
  • Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in account termination.

4. Task-Based Earnings (Starting Next Month)

  • Users will have access to various tasks and offers to earn additional income.
  • Specific rules and conditions will apply to each task, which will be outlined in our task guidelines.
  • Task earnings will be credited upon successful verification of completion.

5. Payment & Withdrawals

  • Earnings can be withdrawn via [Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Paytm, etc.].
  • Minimum withdrawal limit: ₹250.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours.
  • We may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for security and compliance reasons.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or create multiple accounts.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to manipulate the system.
  • Promote false or misleading advertisements about our platform.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.
  • If an account is terminated due to fraudulent activities, all earnings may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to delays, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Users must ensure that their personal information remains accurate and up-to-date.

10. Modifications to Terms
